Electrochemistry to benefit photonics: Nanotubes can control laser pulses

Albert Nasibulin and his colleagues from Skoltech Laboratory of Nanomaterials has shown that the nonlinear optical response of carbon nanotubes can be controlled by electrochemical gating.
